We are looking for a talented, motivated, and creative Digital Marketing Strategist, who’s motivated and excited by the challenge of developing and executing strategies for brands to help them scale and reach their growth potential. You’ll have our entire agency at your disposal to help guide our customers through our proprietary suite of services.

This is a remote position, and is open to candidates based in the following states: California, Pennsylvania, New York, Florida, Texas, or Georgia, and must have the right to work within the United States.

 

< class="h3">What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to join our growing Strategy department. This department focuses specifically on executing custom omni-channel marketing strategies, and growing and scaling e-commerce brands through research, strategy development, and interdepartmental planning.

This person is highly analytical, thoughtful, and personable. Your responsibilities revolve around strategic dot-connecting, enabling client satisfaction, experience, and retention as well as inter-departmental project management.

  • Work collaboratively with a cross-departmental team of Strategists, Graphic Designers, Paid Media Managers, Content Creators, and Retention (Email & SMS) Marketing Specialists.

  • Build data-driven DTC (direct-to-consumer) brand strategies and positioning recommendations for a range of clients.

  • Be the voice of the client across all internal team communications.

  • Build rapport with clients to develop a reputation as a trusted advisor and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.

  • Manage integrated growth project deliverables, timelines, and client requests.

  • Conduct ongoing social listening, e-commerce analysis, creative audits, insight mining, and consumer and competitive assessments.

  • Simplify findings and recommendations to create compelling stories; translate great conceptual ideas into actionable, ‘real–world’ ideas.

  • Assist in ideating creative executions, copy, and taglines for clients’ marketing materials including landing pages, advertisements, emails, etc.

  • Build, revise & deliver bi-weekly strategy decks on a per-client basis.

  • Work with the Director of Strategy to analyze, review, and evolve the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

  • Any other strategic needs that pop up from the internal team or clients to show proactivity and engagement.

  • Obsessed with digital marketing culture, consumers, advertising trends, social media marketing.

  • A lover of research mining with the ability to uncover insights and create actionable, compelling, revenue-driven strategy recommendations.

  • Relishes being the strategic “through-line” with Research, Design, Comms, UI/UX, Brand-led change, and Activation practices.

< class="h3">What you’ll need to be successful:
  • 4+ years working in advertising or digital marketing (agency experience required)

  • 2+ years of relevant experience leveraging digital marketing or strategy in a brand-building capacity

  • Strong creative instinct with analytical problem-solving skills

  • Ability to bring audiences and strategies to life in compelling ways

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities

  • Proven track record in researching, creating, and building data-driven growth strategies

  • The ability to interpret performance marketing language (ROAS, CPMs, CPCs, CPAs)

  • Robust experience working cross-channel, having touched all aspects of digital marketing from brand-building to new acquisition and performance marketing to content management

  • Familiarity with project management tools including Slack, Google Suite, and/or Notion

  • Experience with TripleWhale, Figma, Shopify, Facebook/Meta Business Manager & Google Analytics is a plus
