The Role

The Sr. Director of Marketing will set the B2B integrated marketing strategy for: acquiring new clients (IPO and public) to list on LTSE’s exchange; launching new clients; and, amplifying the voice of existing clients to grow and evolve this centerpiece of LTSE’s value proposition. The initial primary focus for this role will be to partner with existing listed corporate clients by developing the marketing strategy which will amplify their voice and position them as the next generation of leaders in driving “long-termism” and capitalism 2.0.

The ideal candidate is a client champion with a passion for strategy and big-picture thinking, yet enjoys digging into all aspects of marketing execution. Additionally, he or she is collaborative, skilled in managing high-value relationships, and has the experience to drive projects from conception to completion. Position will report directly to CMO level.

In this role you will:

* Partner with LTSE business partners to understand the needs of the client and their buying journey to create programs that exceed client expectations and drive key business results, including awareness, renewal and client loyalty.

* Partner with LTSE business leaders to articulate LTSE’s total value to clients, which is complex, and technical. Must be able to translate for different client constituents, including the C-Suite.
* Lead team of marketing professionals focused on B2B acquisition and retention programs.
* Develop strong relationships with Marketing counterparts at client organizations to develop the marketing strategy and bespoke integrated marketing plans. In partnership with clients, drive day-to-day execution of the plan across respective Marketing teams.
* Develop and manage the cross-functional execution of a comprehensive marketing work plan. Partner with agencies and internal/external LTSE marketing subject matter experts to develop and execute creative content, digital, social, experiential and earned media campaigns.
* Collaborate with other team members to develop messaging that demonstrates our value proposition across multiple audiences.

You are:

We are looking for:

* Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 15 years of relevant B2B marketing experience in financial services and preferably some agency or in-house experience.

* Proven experience defining strategy, planning and executing large-scale marketing initiatives from conception to completion.
* Experience leading large cross-functional teams on major projects or initiatives.
* Experience successfully managing and mentoring direct reports.
* Exceptionally strong written and verbal communications skills.
* Proven track record of developing integrated marketing campaigns with strategies and tactics that are connected to tangible metrics and outcomes.
* Experience managing agency partners and projects on-time and on-budget.
* Track record of leveraging data and analytics to improve results.
* Ability to communicate effectively with large corporate clients and senior leadership.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Ability to think creatively and problem-solve while thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.
* Proven track record in simplifying complex offerings and services in the B2B financial industry to showcase value to clients.
* Passionate about mission driven organizations, with a demonstrated ability to ignite team energy.
