As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing efficiency of Veryfi’s sales process by managing sales goals, creating and implementing scalable sales processes, and developing productivity models to scale the sales team. The primary goal of this position is to provide support to the worldwide sales operations function and support our Chief Revenue Officer and executive management. Veryfi is a fast-paced (and fun) startup environment, and you’ll need to be comfortable with multithreaded work.

Responsibilities

* Define and operationalize sales processes and reporting including sales forecasting, quota attainment, SDR meetings, and other relevant sales metrics.

* Work closely with the CRO to develop productivity model(s) to scale the sales organization.
* Develop effective communication plans to deliver information on performance relative to forecast and KPIs.
* Provide hands-on support to the sales team including guidance on deal structure, pricing, licensing model and overall deal support as required.
* Develop advanced knowledge of in house data sources and systems including HubSpot, and become adept at quickly extracting and analyzing data from these sources and ensuring data hygiene.
* Maintain and enhance sales dashboards to provide reps and managers with performance reports and actionable insights to grow revenue.
* Analyze and report sales performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to uncover trends, identify opportunities and flag risks and issues.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and other teams to achieve revenue goals, customer retention goals, and other business KPIs.

Qualifications

* BA/BS degree and 3+ years of sales operations experience in a fast-paced B2B startup/SaaS environment

* Outstanding analytical skills with a strong drive to optimize business processes and results
* Strong revenue reporting and sales/financial analytical skills
* Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary
* Ability to communicate effectively through strong verbal and written communication skills with sales teams, marketing and leadership
* Highly detailed oriented
* Experience with Google Suite and HubSpot preferred
* Bachelor's Degree
