About The Role

The Product team owns Rippling’s product direction, defining what to build in order to solve customer problems in a way that allows us to succeed as a business. We distill insights from key stakeholders across the company, user research, product-generated data, and competitive analysis. We incorporate these insights to discover and prioritize new products and features, collaborating with our design and engineering counterparts to bring them to life. • Define and deliver the roadmap. Align Bookings leads and engineers by understanding, documenting and socialising the Booking domain, the internal personas and their needs, their unique challenges and what technology must do to overcome them. Success is the establishment of a rolling 12 months roadmap, which the Bookings and Fulfilment stakeholders are passionate about, within the first 4 months. 
• Lead the team to deliver the benefits. Collaborate with Bookings leads and inspire, motivate and plan work for the engineers to deliver measurable benefits from the roadmap. Success will be measured by the increased flexibility in our bookings platform that allows us to better serve customers and adapt to new opportunities at a fast pace.
• Delivery of the foundations of a new Bookings platform. You will drive the team to create  an industry leading platform that will enable Pollen to scale and achieve its ambitious goals, by delivering a new Bookings platform that provides trusted and accurate data that drives the entire fulfilment engine.
• Be the advocate for Bookings in the Pollen wide product strategy Working closely with your key stakeholders, you will form a cross-functional team that will define and drive the strategy for Bookings across Pollen. You will be the advocate for all things Bookings in the product team, promoting opportunities for further optimisation and automation of how we manage bookings.
• Deliver meaningful incremental solutions to two Bookings challenges in the first 6 months.  Working with your bookings stakeholders, identify, define and start to deliver meaningful outcomes for two barriers to us automating and scaling our booking processes.  Likely candidates would be:
  • Ability to edit existing reservations - reduce the operation costs for the Customer support teams, who currently spend 3x more time on these requests than any other.
  • Automate notifications to customers when somebody from their booking has dropped out and the need to be replaced - reducing the overheads to Pollen who have to cover the loss if nobody fills the room.
• Develop a framework for success.  Working with your data partner(s) develop a framework for measuring the success of your product and feature set.  Success here would be having relevant, consumable data to inform whether your product is meeting our customers needs (both internal and external) and providing us with the insight to act accordingly.

About this role:

We’re looking for an Product Delivery QA  with strong  technical expertise  to develop and maintain the test scripts and code which underpins the various load testing capabilities, from front-end applications to API services, data sources and infrastructure and everything in between. You will  join a leading client as they take on major programs of work, which are anticipated to run for the next 12 months.

• Drive operational excellence through collaboration and communication. Lead and collaborate with design, engineering and other cross-functional peers and leadership to provide input and visibility into the product development process and define and ship a consistent, high-quality experience across the "whole product".

Confiant is looking for a Senior Product Manager / Lead Product Manager to support its expanding product portfolio. In this position, you will be responsible for collecting market feedback, identifying new product opportunities, conceptualizing solutions, writing product requirements, and partnering cross-functionally to bring new products to market. You’ll work with every part of the organization at every level, including Confiant’s senior leadership, to craft and execute the product roadmap. This is a great opportunity for an experienced product manager looking to join a high-paced start-up with a real social purpose: eradicating malware from online advertising and the threat actors behind them. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy and vision of a key part of our product portfolio.
• Plan and manage numerous complex projects from problem definition to launch.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from end-to-end:
• Conduct market and competitive research with an eye toward identifying new product opportunities.
• Conceptualize solutions to the ad quality and security challenges of publishers, platforms, and enterprises. Develop product positioning and pricing strategies.
• Write product requirements and work closely with Engineering to realize the product vision by delivering high-quality products on time.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to bring new products to market. Help to develop sales collateral and internal training materials.
• Collaborate with company leadership and other members of the product team to craft the product roadmap. Effectively prioritize opportunities using a variety of inputs so that the team is always focused on impact and solving real problems.
• Using the Agile framework, prioritize work for engineering and manage the team’s backlog.
• Become a subject matter expert in AdTech abuse scenarios, such as malware practices and evasion techniques.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and be a product advocate: align key teams around customer needs, product requirements, and product success.
• Mentor more junior personnel on the product team.
• Do lightweight design work, such as wireframes, to give guidance to engineering on front-end product presentation.

Requirements:

• Around 5+ years of experience within product management
• Around 3 years of experience in the AdTech industry and a solid understanding of the inner workings of AdTech.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and/or projects and take a product from inception to general release.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to distill complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
• A strategic mindset combined with the drive and sense of urgency to get products to market.
• A passion for making the Internet a better place for users and a relentless focus on the customer experience.
• Analytic and critical thinking skills, including the ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative research.

• Project Management & Strategy:

• Facilitate ongoing strategy formulation in an extremely dynamic environment, including product discovery and research to inform solution development.

• Maintain the program’s strategic direction, and participate in cross-program strategy reviews within the company.

• Manage internal coordination across teams/departments.

• Work closely with the Country Director, Implementation Director, Operations Director, Associate Director of Accountability, and Executive Team to build out the program work plans, partnership performance matrixes, and engagement contract documentation.

• Ensure program objectives and reporting requirements are met according to program timelines.

• Coordinate with the donor entity regarding program management and implementation.

• Coordinate and attend international stakeholder meetings supporting and related to the program, working with the appropriate internal thematic leads and departments (e.g., Accountability, Product, Engineering, Business Development, Finance).

• Own the drafting and information collection for outgoing program artifacts and documents, including funding proposals, grant reporting documents, and donor/stakeholder briefings.

• Support recruitment of new team members and partners. 

• Support the Compliance Team to implement financial due diligence processes for partners.

• Financial Management & Sustainability:

• Manage overall budget spending and labor allocations.

• Provide sign-off for purchase requests to support overall planning and forecasting.

• Chair periodic budget “forecast vs. actuals” meetings with team leads and compliance/grants management representatives to review program spending.

• Lead forecasting and budget realignments that are needed with support from the Compliance Team.

• Coordinate with all teams for budget development and financial reporting to meet internal and donor-driven programmatic deadlines.

• Act as a program lead for business development proposals for continuing business.

What is the role?

We're looking for a demonstrated product leader with experience building market-leading products, recruiting, developing and hiring a product team, and creating a product-first culture within a growing start-up. In this role you'd take ownership of the delivery of our product roadmap, reporting into our CPO, as we scale and build a world-class product organisation.

• Driving delivery of new product features according to the roadmap, collaborating with development, QA and design teams

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Head of Product or Lead PM role with a high growth B2B tech company, ideally having taken a vision from infancy to development
• A track record of sculpting and delivering strategic improvements to a product to exceed customers expectations - we'll expect you to demonstrate multiple complete product cycles from inception to success, showing the material impact to business outcomes
• Excellent presentation skills, able to inspire and motivate attendees at internal and external events; and the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders internally
• Ability to reach and coach product management skills, having previously nurtured iniduals to success in previous roles, and previous experience hiring and building a high-calibre team
• Ability to prioritise effectively, with excellent time management and organisational skills
• Experience working closely with development teams to build great products
• Comfort working as part of a remote distributed team
• A collaborative approach to work, able to form close relationships with the rest of the team
