We are driven by a desire to make meaningful impacts for our customers, and to be excellent teammates to each other along the way.     Enterprise Sales Executive - Job Description Boulder/Denver Metro Area, Colorado OR Remote (US only)   Bonusly is looking for an experienced, innovative and results-oriented Enterprise Executive. We are looking for an Executive that has the ability to succeed in a full life-cycle sales environment, and communicate and sell to Enterprise (10,000+ employees) level customers.  We need someone who is creative, highly skilled in sales, and has a track record of delivering sales strategies amongst a variety of Enterprise level clientele. You’ll be challenged to manage all aspects of the sales life cycle, while pioneering our amazing product into new areas of market share.     Your team will sell products that transform workplace recognition and feedback at the most innovative and fastest-growing companies in the world.

< class="h3">💻 What You’ll Do:
  • Sell Bonusly’s amazing products to enterprise level customers
  • Prospect and generate leads to create outbound processing of sales functions
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in enterprise level selling, and set an awesome example for the rest of our best in class team
  • Use a variety of modern sales technologies (Social selling, automation tools) to proactively sell to C-Level Executives
  • Own the entire sales process from end to end: Generate new leads, convert leads, conduct discovery calls, conduct demos, negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Foster practices that encourage improvement and bias towards action through retrospection, learning and outcomes.  
  • Join an inclusive, collaborative, and skilled sales team that loves to sell reliable, scalable, intuitive, and useful products.

< class="h3">💯You should apply if you:
  • Have 4 + years of professional sales experience 
  • Have experience prospecting your own leads, and are excited about the idea of proactively sourcing your own leads
  • Are ambitious and motivated with a #Go-Get-Results attitude that will drive you to deliver outbound sales leads
  • Have experience or familiarity with a CRM 
  • Have experience with social selling, prospecting, or utilizing a sales automation tool
  • Have experience selling to C-Level executives
  • Have 1+ years of experience selling Software
  • Have a BS degree or higher in any field

  • Base Salary: $70,000-$90,000 base
  • $80,000 Target Commission + Equity
