Do you have a passion for curating compelling stories about products and services to entice buyers to purchase? FMX is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to research the implicit value and benefits our various features provide to customers and then discover effective ways to communicate this to prospective customers.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to dig into sales calls, product engagement data, user research, product management discussions, and more to identify the ideal ways to promote our products. You will then aggregate this information into positioning documents and sales playbooks to train our internal team effectively. In addition, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our website and other external-facing product communications tell a compelling story.

Responsibilities:

  • Create positioning and sales playbooks for new products and features
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns around new feature launches
  • Create all external and internal facing copy surrounding products and features including, but not limited to, website copy, datasheets, flyers/handouts, video scripts, product notifications, and email communications
  • Work closely with the product team to effectively launch new features and products internally and externally
  • Create documentation around the competitor landscape, including battle cards and competitive intelligence decks
  • Conduct customer interviews and roundtable discussions to better understand our audience’s needs
  • Work with the marketing team to identify and create case studies that showcase how our product helps organizations
  • Participate in sales enablement activities
  • Support sales with ad hoc requests and proactive motions

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing communications, product marketing, or related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop content that provokes engagement
  • Detail-oriented work style
  • Data-driven mindset and a desire to dig into metrics to discover trends
  • Experience working cross-functionally on larger projects
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS industry and the product marketing function
