About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Demand Gen Lead to take ownership over our enterprise segment acquisition  efforts and make them repeatable, predictable and defensible engines for growth. As our Enterprise Demand Gen Lead you will

  • Develop and execute account based marketing (ABM) efforts for Enterprise accounts

  • Launch and operationalize field marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Enterprise Sales teams as the marketing owner of our global enterprise target accounts

  • Execute 1:1 and 1:few personalized account campaigns across all channels and to multiple personas within accounts

  • Build systems with our Biz Ops team to identify intent, nurture accounts, and report on success metrics.

  • Evaluate and test new acquisition experiments and measure the return on investment of campaigns

About you

  • Strong customer empathy and desire to work at a product-led company

  • Opinionated about marketing: your experience and love of learning has informed your own personal playbook for demand generation success.

  • Systems thinker: excellent data analysis and familiarity with common martech and sales tools.

  • Creative: willing to test new, unproven campaigns

  • Organized: able to coordinate multiple time bound initiatives and can influence great coordination and execution among supporting teammates

  • Product-minded: Understanding our personas, and how our product solves their problems and telling these stories across channels. Our demand funnel is an extension of our product lifecycle and should be managed with the wider perspective of customer success.

     

Experience

  • Experience targeting large accounts ($100M total revenue companies, with multi-persona buying committees, including C-level, VP and management roles across functions)

  • Experience building, managing, and reporting on campaigns to drive enterprise funnel

  • Demonstrated success implementing enterprise account based marketing programs, with high collaboration with business development and sales teams

  • Bonus: Prior experience with enterprise business development or sales roles.
