What you'll do

We are looking for a Head of Sales who will lead and oversee the development of sales. Head of Sales will direct the sales activities and drive the new sales business focus on software as a service, playing a key role in the company’s bottom line. Will build communication and partnerships with the customers and manage conflicts with them.

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline growth and increase revenue to achieve the company's ambitious growth plans
  • Hire, train, and lead a high-performing international sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives of strategic accounts and personally help close large deals
  • Drive the development of, and maintain detailed account plans for your direct reports
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Work closely with other teams and internal stakeholders (e.g., sales operations, product, customer success, marketing) towards common objectives

Requirements

What you will bring

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a B2B SaaS company (preferably in a scale up)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
  • Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients
  • Confident and dynamic professional with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – German, French and Italian are a plus
