My Client is in need of a Software Implementation Specialist – Remote (Pretrial) to join their team.  This new Implementation Specialist will leverage our company software applications to help our customers from coast to coast improve their daily pretrial operations and take data driven decisions to a whole new level.

Our unique software drills right down to the inidual level, allowing customers to assess the likelihood of return to court and pretrial misconduct, and inform pretrial release decisions. We work along-side our customers to help drive improved processes and offer a data management solution that is both defensible and transparent – a must in any pretrial system today.  The Implementation Specialist is responsible for executing key tasks during implementation of the Software Suite. These tasks may include business process review, analysis, consulting, documentation, system testing, training and/or go-live support. Because you’ll be needed on-site with our customers, you can expect to travel around 60-70%.

 

Job Details:

The Senior Implementation Specialist is to execute project tasks in support of software Suite software implementations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze customers’ business requirements and objectives to develop business processes that will meet their needs.

• Develop and deliver project deliverables such as process outlines, gap analysis and functional design documents throughout the project.

• Oversee project progress and follow the service scope of delivery needs, including time tracking and final invoicing.

• Consult with customers and determine new ways for them to improve their operations through new service or product offerings.

• Facilitate software testing sessions.

• Deliver onsite and remote training sessions by utilizing company approved curriculum.

• Create and update curricula as needed.

• Provide implementation and post-implementation support as needed.

• Provide feedback to our product management and marketing teams for improved customer communications and product enhancements.

• Travel to customer sites across the country to help improve their operations through the use of our products and services.

< class="h3">Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a trainer with demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field of pretrial

• Experience creating training documentation

• Strong knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor or Associate Degree

• Ability to travel 60-70%

 

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in the criminal justice industry

• Software implementation/oversight system administration experience

• Presentation skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field
