We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blockchain Developer with proficiency in Rust programming to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will develop, maintain, and optimise blockchain protocols and applications using the Substrate framework. Responsibilities – Design and implement decentralised applications (dApps) using Substrate and Rust. – Develop robust and secure smart contracts and pallets. – Optimize and maintain existing blockchain applications for maximum performance and scalability. – Collaborate with the team to identify and solve blockchain-related issues. – Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in blockchain technology. Requirements – Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. – 7+ years of software engineering experience. – Proficiency in Rust programming, with a strong grasp of its paradigms, memory management, and concurrency patterns. – Demonstrated experience with Substrate framework and blockchain technology. – Experience with basic cryptographic primitives (hashing, signing) – Knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, and decentralized technologies.
