Why is this role important?

As a Sales Engineer at Attio you will support our customers through their journey to becoming active users and expanding their use within their company. We are particularly interested in hearing from:

  • 2+ years experience as a sales engineer or solutions architect for a PLG SaaS in a hands-on, technical, customer-facing role.
  • Experience with client-side web technologies (HTML/CSS/Javascript) and troubleshooting techniques.

Who’s Team will you join?

Our GTM team is collectively responsible for new & expansion revenue. The team is growing under the guidance of our Head of Sales. Day to day work is focused on providing an incredible customer experience to generate revenue and informing our product roadmap with regard to expansion and retention.

Requirements

What are the role requirements?

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Serve as critical advisors and subject matter experts for our CRM customers
  • Run demos with Sales, scoping calls, feature walkthroughs and other calls to support customers
  • Work closely with engineering teams to channel customer feedback into our roadmap
  • Master our quickly evolving CRM product and become an expert in it for our customers
  • Provide feedback and escalate deal-blocking issues to product and engineering

What does the hiring process look like?

We respond to applicants before the end of each week and within 24 hours of each interview, we will request and share feedback at every stage. Applicants can expect the following:

  1. Introductory phone call ~ 15 minutes
  2. Interview ~ 45 minutes
  3. Exercise ~ Preparation + 60 minutes discussion
  4. Values discussion ~ 30 minutes
  5. Offer stage

A lot of our interviews are enabled through self-scheduling but we are always on hand to speak to you or answer questions throughout the process. At the offer stage, you may want to speak to more of the team, see a demo or have other suggestions for us. You will meet our CEO and the hiring manager attends most sessions.

Everyone who completes at least one of the above stages will be asked to provide feedback on the overall process and offered some help on their career if it's not joining Attio at this time.
