We are a small, thoughtful and fully remote team with more than 10 years of profitable operation in the travel space. We have found our niche in highly complex travel sending thousands of students, humanitarian workers and corporate teams across the world each year.

Given our success in target segments, we are now looking to expand our team to include a Business Development Representative.

The ideal candidate has an interest in travel and is highly organized in their work. They also have some experience building their own lead lists, writing outbound campaigns, and communicating directly with customers.

Although we are based on four continents, this role involves working US business hours.

What you will do

* Conduct research to discover target leads

* Help with managing our lead pipeline
* Write outbound email sequences
* Update web content for target segments
* Experiment with new growth channels

What will help you stand out

* Excellent spoken and written English

* Located in North America or Europe (for conferences, customer visits, etc)
* Demonstrable track record of being highly organized with work
* Experience with account based marketing
* Experience within a startup
