We are seeking a Strategic Sales Executive who will be responsible for the acquisition of new sales and the retention and growth of existing clients.  Candidates must reside in IA, WI, IL, TX, MN, MI, FL, CO, AZ, or WA to be considered.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate new business development and strategic opportunities across contact center and digital agent platforms.

  • Generate new business revenue growth through identifying, prospecting, managing and closing new opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed defined sales targets.
  • Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows and expositions.
  • Implement an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
  • Research and qualify leads from campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, business directories, web searches or digital resources.
  • Initiate and develop new relationships with key executives and decision makers; build and leverage relationships with Healthcare industry leaders from inception to growth, uncover opportunities, identify the most suitable engagement and close new deals.
  • Understand potential client needs and leverage industry expertise to offer insight, solutions and support.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through written proposals and customized presentations.
  • Drive successful execution of complex deals and negotiations with customers.
  • Understand industry direction, trends, and emerging markets.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor sales activities and strengths.

 

Ideal Candidates:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • 6-8 years’ experience working in sales, or a business-development related field required.
  • Relevant industry knowledge required; healthcare industry experience helpful.
  • Articulate and comfortable making outbound contacts and connecting and interacting with new customers.
  • Project an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, persuasive, and possess the tenacity to handle rejection.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to qualify leads and cultivate prospects.
  • Proven successful track record of achieving sales growth and results.
  • Excellent listening, writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to successfully close deals and negotiate large contracts with key decision makers.
