The Media Activation Manager is primarily responsible for managing online advertising campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining flawless campaign execution across social advertising platforms to service and support on multiple accounts, across different verticals, facilitating client campaign success.The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.  Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time based on business needs. Media Activation* Responsible for managing the execution of social advertising campaigns on your book of business and ensure flawless execution and exceptional campaign performance* Partnering with internal teams to understand the client’s marketing goals and provide media plan feedback to ensure we are set up to achieve results* Helping identify and suggest new strategies or tactics that will help deliver or exceed client goals* Strong understanding of social campaign strategies, tools, and data that can be leveraged to make campaigns more successful* Analyzing data on a daily basis to perform ongoing optimizations to achieve KPI goals, including optimizations across other digital media channels* Identify any shifts in digital performance trends* Troubleshoot campaign, creative, and technical issues affecting tracking, implementation, and/or performance* Leading trafficking in social platforms with support from internal teams* Demonstrates best practices in social platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, etc). Experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager would be a bonusClient Revenue & Growth* Responsible for client retention rates* Supporting key lines of business (agency business, Fan365, or other responsibilities as outlined in your inidual performance goals)* Disrupt the mindset of customers and sales teams by bringing innovative ideas that showcase a case for change and MogoSME’s unique value proposition* Identify opportunities to improve the campaign performance and customer experience QUALIFICATIONS* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications, MIS or stats* 2+ years of paid social campaign management experience, with true hands-on experience planning/buying across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram* In-depth understanding of Facebook Business Manager & Ads Manager platform and complete end-to-end campaign execution* Demonstrated experience handling a high-volume of accounts in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines* Experience running campaigns on Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, & Tiktok is a plus* Exposure to and understanding of cross-digital channels including Search, Email, Display/Programmatic is a plus  FOR COLORADO (REMOTE) POSTINGS ONLY* Compensation: 95K-105K* Bonus: 8%* Benefits:* Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance* Disability Insurance* Life Insurance* Retirement Benefits* Flexible Spending Accounts* Paid PTO* Flexible Work Schedule#LocationLarkspur, California, United States
