We are a decentralized copy trading platform structured as a DAO. We are ambitious, adventurous and transparent. We are taking on the larger centralized trading platforms; and we are looking for talent that understands how the financial system is being disrupted and wants to be a part of the change. You will be a highly driven, self-starting and accomplished marketing manager with excellent presentations skills, a true marketing fan that thrives on winning, and a proven track record in consistently beating target and performing in the top quartile of a team.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a tech start-up
  • Experience in building and managing a strong marketing team
  • Experience in creating short-term and long-term marketing strategies that add to overall company goals
  • Experience of creating strategic partnerships with third party companies to strengthen our marketing position
  • You know how to use storytelling to attract new customers to the company
  • Experience with using data like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, Facebook
  • Proficient in relevant software/applications such as Figma, Adobe, Monday, Blender
  • Ability to manage and oversee Social Media channels
  • A keen eye for branding and leveraging best industry practices to position FNDZ as a leader
  • Self starter who will be working independently or in a team of 6

Responsibilities:

  • Define clear strategies and execute them along with the marketing team
  • Initiate and lead exploratory talks to drive new business opportunities and product growth initiatives with key partners in designated ecosystems working with product, partner management, legal, solutions engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders as required
  • Qualify strategic marketing opportunities within our target areas
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer acquisition funnel
  • Develop, manage and constantly improve on your management skills
  • Take ownership as if it was your own business by constantly improving on activity and conversion, whereby creating a ‘customer’ funnel and process
  • Manage the entire marketing from prospecting through to closing opportunities
  • Prepare regular reports as well as monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts

Requirements:

  • Have 3+ years of experience working in a marketing function with a track record of delivering success - ideally in B2B tech or Blockchain/Cryptocurrency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of driving demand, growth, and revenue and reporting back to key stakeholders
  • Data-driven and performance analysis of data to tell stories, drive campaigns and drive growth
  • Excellent command of English – second languages is a strong plus
