You will also be managing a team of Email Marketing Specialists and leading the team. If you are a self-starter and love to have fun, this role is for you. < class="h3">Responsibilities
  • Oversee all email and push notifications sent at Jane (This includes both B2C and B2B communication)
  • Creation/management of email/push calendars and timelines including alignment with key stakeholders 
  • Manage day-to-day roles and responsibilities for other members of the team and provide coaching and growth opportunities to further their careers
  • Creation/management of creative briefs
  • Manages project plans, schedules, and key milestones, and facilitates an efficient workflow process to ensure deadlines are met 
  • Management of creative/deployment feedback through internal stakeholders
  • Design and build processes around campaign management and marketing automation: tools, workflows, A/B testing, profiling, segmentation, personalization, triggered events, customer journey, quantitative test designs, and activation to drive KPIs - This includes leading/assisting with technical implementations with vendors. 
  • Continually research and analyze customer data, providing recommendations based on trends (within email, site, merchandising, and the industry)
  • Lead deployment and analysis of lifecycle marketing campaigns including design and working with the team to execute tests to improve email/push marketing KPIs (click rate, conversion rate, etc.)
  • Build and segment lists based on behavioral data (Web, app, and email engagement)
 

< class="h3">Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of proven work experience as an email marketing specialist
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, Google Sheets, & Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology (Iterable, Moveable Ink a plus!)
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • An ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Resourceful and creative with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience building marketing workflows and developing strategies around targeting
