Currently, we’re looking for a Learning Technologist/Learning Technology Manager who will be a key member of our Learning Solutions team and is responsible for providing guidance on the use of learning technologies, as well as integrating and testing tools to create custom technology solutions that are on budget and delivered on time. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients’ technology needs to create outstanding learning experiences
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders around their needs and explain technical solutions to audiences, including internal teams, who may not have the same technological know-how
  • Conduct technology ecosystem analysis
  • Define and documents scope, goals, tasks, features, functions, phases, solution requirements, risks and constraints that are aligned with stakeholders’ technical and non-technical requirements
  • Support and at times lead the overall technical implementation and execution of solutions for clients and learners
  • Support business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for accounts and technology department spending and initiatives
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing standards for SLAs with clients and vendors
  • Support the interpretation, collection and analysis of data from a variety of sources including but not limited to Google Analytics, AWS, client LMSs, LXPs and articulate results to internal teams and clients
  • Maintain a roadmap for all products to ensure long term desired outcomes are at the forefront of building
  • Manage vendors responsible for implementing solutions with selected technology stack and architecture including platforms, programming languages and tools
  • Manage marketing services to support the promotion, adoption and utilization of learning program assets including course enrollment and attendance, completion
  • Support vendor and technology provider selection and management for various projects
  • Support internal technology solutions as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Education, Computer Science, Technology, or related field or equivalent years of work experience
  • 3 – 5 years of working experience in one or more project, product management or technology areas
  • Proven experience with learning technologies
  • Demonstrated experience in product management
  • Working knowledge of development technologies and approaches
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders while effectively managing time, cost and scope
  • Deep analytical skills to recognize opportunities for technical solutions to solve business problems
  • Curious, self-driven and innovative mind who is willing to look for out-of-the-box solutions and think creatively around solutions for large-scale problems
