About the Inbound Sales Representative role at Dataedo:

You’ll join our US-PL Sales Team. Your role is focused on working with inbound leads. You will contact our customers via email reaching them out during trials, after webinars and trying to understand better how our product can help their business. If you’d like to work with US-based clients that role will be perfect for you!

As an Inbound Sales Representative you will:

  • Engage inbound leads with email – that with be your main tool to communicate with clients, you will write a lot and do online research to personalize your messages
  • Record short videos using www.loom.com to attract prospects
  • Conduct follow-up activities – you will reach out to leads after their first contact with Dataedo
  • Book meetings with Sales Representatives – after catching customers attention you’ll move them to the discovery or demo calls with our US Sales team
  • Update and maintain customer information in the CRM
  • Work closely with support helping customers with their trail
  • Work in Polish/US team - your teammates and manager are located in the US and in Poland
  • Work between 11AM – 7PM – we work mainly with US-based clients

Requirements

You’re the perfect candidate if you have:

  • Experience working with US-based clients
  • Great communication skills – written English skills and the ability to adjust your communication style to the client are essential for this role
  • Ability to record short video-messages
  • Problem-solving skills and creativity
  • Being highly organized and able to manage tasks in multiple areas
  • Willingness to learn more and constantly develop your technical knowledge and understanding of product and customers
  • The ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment
  • Being target-oriented, ambitious, customer focused

 

The recruitment process at Dataedo

Working task: we'd like to evaluate your writing skills at this stage, your task will be to prepare follow-up e-mails to the client.

Video call: a 45-minute initial online meeting with Asia for our HR Team to get to know each other better. You can see if Dataedo is the best place for you!

Research task: second task will check your research skills

Online Interview: you'll meet your future manager Chase and our CEO, Piotr. We’ll explore your experience and skills, and you’ll have another chance to ask the questions you might have.

Decision/offer: Congrats and welcome to Dataedo! An offer call will be arranged to discuss the contract details. We’ll be back with feedback no matter what the decision is.
