Job Description Summary:

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

Reporting to the Coca-Cola Trademark (CCTM) Creative Director, this talent will architect and align stakeholders to the creative briefs, creative strategy, core creative idea and campaigns creative assets for some of the core strategies of Coca-Cola Trademark (base business and innovations). This inidual will also deploy/operationalize all the creative work into deliverables (consumer-centric and shopper-centric/point of sale) that attends the connection plan both in the US and Canada.

Step change CCTM creative punch/footprint by :

  • Leading agency briefs and the creative process most of the time for global work (Global charter leader, in partner with CCTM Global Creative team) and sometimes for work that is specific to North America.
  • Influencing the quality and quantity of the creative work that is being led by creative peers in the global team and/or in other Operating Units.
  • Doing work that achieve the brand objectives and land the brand in culture

Provide strategic thought-leadership throughout the strategic process: guide adherence to (and when needed, evolution of) the strategy among internal teams and external agency partners; identify opportunities to bring consumer research and data into the process; help develop measurement plans to evaluate and optimize campaigns; foster a culture of collaboration that continually challenges and builds the brand team’s and global creative peers collective thinking.

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Related Work Experience: 7 or more years of professional experience working with creative (primarily) and marketing strategy.

Experience working at and with world-class creative agencies and companies; a track record of inspiring big (ideally award-winning) creative thinking/work.

Passionate and connected to U.S. entertainment culture and esports/gaming culture.

Proven ability to work in a network, and collaborate across disciplines/ countries.

Interest and understanding of Web3 a plus.
