About your role

Decimal is looking for a growth-focused Director of Demand Generation who has a proven track record in Enterprise/B2B digital acquisition, managing multi-channel integrated campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and pipeline growth. This inidual will drive impact by establishing and growing a demand generation engine that fuels long-term profitable growth for a multimillion-dollar recurring revenue business.

In this role, you will help shape the future of Decimal by developing, executing, and refining cutting-edge, integrated demand strategies across various channels, including SEM, SEO, email nurture, events, paid social, and more. Critical to success will be deep collaboration and close partnership with, Sales, RevOps, and others.

The ideal candidate is a master at demand generation best practices, as well as agile and iterative in their approach to optimizing demand programs.

 

What you’ll do 

  • Own and manage a scalable demand generation engine at Decimal that drives consistent pipeline growth across a wide range of marketing channels.

  • Oversee the management and optimization of digital channels such as SEM, email nurture, digital advertising, pay-per-lead programs, paid social, content syndication, and others. 

  • Oversee the management and execution of live and virtual events, webinars, media sponsorships, and similar activities.

  • Collaborate with revenue team/leadership to identify the most effective value propositions, marketing messages, and calls to action for the company’s ICPs and then incorporate those messages into compelling and creative ad copy and offers.

  • Work closely with Sales to ensure effective follow-up and qualification for inbound leads, and support Sales’ outbound prospecting efforts with targeted advertising, email nurturing, etc.

  • Utilize demand generation metrics to ensure Marketing programs deliver business impact as measured by new and expanded, pipelines, bookings, etc.

  • Implement and optimize an effective lead-scoring model to ensure the Sales team engages prospects showing the highest level of buyer intent.

  • Manage and grow the Marketing database and ensure the highest levels of data hygiene.

 

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Marketing experience

  • 3+ years of Demand Generation experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-tech environment with a proven track record of delivering innovative plans that drive revenue.

  • Team-oriented disposition with the ability to influence key stakeholders and foster collaboration that drives results across cross-functional teams.

  • Expertise in marketing technology for demand generation, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, etc.

  • Specific experience building and managing ongoing nurture campaigns supported by key data points and metrics.

  • Outcome-focused mindset. You will be driven by a demand gen “quota”. 

  • Relationships and experience with vendors for lead sourcing, email optimization, digital ad creation.

  • Experience with Enterprise/B2B copy for large, complex sales, as well as marketing to unique buyer personas.

  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing data – including deeper-funnel metrics – to evaluate program effectiveness.

  • Able to draw insights from data that will influence strategy and execution of demand generation.

  • Marketing budget creation and management experience to adjust and align to the highest generating channels. 

  • Enthusiastic problem-solver who can improvise and think creatively while optimizing on spend

  • Excellent written communication skills, able to convey complex ideas in a way that is easy to consume.
