We are looking for a megastar Marketing Lead who will join our marketing dream team and take full-on responsibility for setting specific objectives toward developing an overall marketing strategy that drives profitability, brand consistency, and overall market growth.

 

Overview:

 

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team as we gear up to transition from our MVP to our Product 2.0. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for researching, developing, and communicating strategic marketing plans to meet CanMar 2.0’s goals. They must be able to lead and optimize marketing efforts for company and client campaigns, and collaborate with multi-functional teams to execute them. They will also be required to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies. They must be a team player possessing strong analytical as well as technical skills and must be comfortable working in an agile environment.

 

The Marketing Lead will be responsible for setting objectives to create profitable and concerted marketing strategies for the company and its clients. They will design marketing campaigns and spearhead market research efforts. Success in this role will be demonstrated by the ability to help bolster the company’s market share while remaining consistent with brand identity.

 

Responsibilities

  • Formulate a concrete and comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy
  • B2B marketing, assist with SaaS product marketing
  • ·Creates marketing strategies to launch and market new products
  • Uses customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
  • Create Brand identity
  • Lead the marketing team
  • Forecasts market trends
  • Provides analysis and recommendations to the marketing and communications team
  • Helps shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience
  • Analyzes sales and marketing key performance indicators

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations
  • Set specific marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals
  • Develop and maintain digital campaigns to increase web traffic
  • Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI
  • Research market to identify new opportunities
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand
  • Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects, and marketing plans
  • Ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience as a marketing strategist, marketing manager, or similar role and to have led a team for a min of 2-3 years
  • Proven track record of project management and strong attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software and content management systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Great leadership skills
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
