The Role

This is a Revenue Marketing Manager position like no other, working 100% remotely. You will be responsible for implementing strategy and delivering integrated campaigns while generating marketing leads and hitting revenue targets. We’re looking for a candidate with a growth mindset, a data-informed approach, and a drive to deliver results. You’ll also be comfortable on the tools, whether its new platforms or programmes, you thrive on developing your skill set.

Reporting to the GM of Operations, you will be creating, managing and evolving a scalable marketing plan that achieves new customer pipeline and revenue targets across a mix of channels. You’re comfortable analysing data based customer insights and trends to pivot when necessary.

 

What you’ll do

  • Implement our customer acquisition strategy and operational marketing plan
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on engagement, performance, and ROI metrics
  • Provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and influence future decisions to optimise campaign strategies
  • Manage campaign budget with accountability for marketing ROI
  • Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) that meet our criteria of quality leads using our lead qualification framework and fit our ideal customer profile
  • Ensuring only high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) are referred to the sales team for a direct follow-up to become Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in online demand generation for technology companies
  • A track record of successful lead generation, nurture, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Solid experience in B2C online marketing tactics and marketing and sales automation tools such as (Marketo, Outreach, Drift, LeanData and Salesforce, Hubspot, Dealhub, Wingman etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of running B2C integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Analytical mentality and a data-informed approach
  • Must be comfortable with a balance of day-to-day execution and understand how to implement strategic goals.
  • Experience managing external vendors and agencies
  • Exemplary work ethic; takes the initiative and thinks creatively to get the job done
