At Kit Check, our mission is to create groundbreaking medication intelligence solutions that increase efficiency, safety and visibility for health systems and pharmaceutical manufacturers.  We empower stakeholders to deliver the right medicine to the right patient at the right time, every time.  We are a venture-backed, high growth healthcare technology company with a start-up 'vibe' and over 950 customers tracking medications using our proven solutions.   Kit Check is seeking a passionate Regional Sales Director to drive revenue and growth within our organization.  They will be responsible for sales growth by driving measurable revenue results, leading and cultivating existing client relationships, and bringing the highest level of value to our clients.  This position is responsible for targeting new accounts for Kit Check to enter that will be strategically important in the long term.  Kit Check’s sales model focuses on ensuring our products get to market quickly so this role can have an immediate impact within the organization.    We are open to candidates based anywhere in the US, they are not required to live in the region / territory covered.

< class="h3">Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business in a designated territory
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and quotas
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of pipeline, account plans, and regional management activities in Kit Check’s CRM tool (currently SalesForce.com)
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry trends and be able to articulate to clients Kit Check’s value and differentiation
  • Establish positive and long-term client relationships through prospecting and conducting meetings with clients and partners
  • Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery terms with clients

< class="h3">Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years outside sales experience
  • Experience selling a B2B SaaS product 
  • Experience in leading a complex sales process from start to finish while including relevant stakeholders
  • Demonstrated history of competitive wins
  • Experience selling into hospitals would be helpful
  • Extraordinary client focus skills and top notch presentation skills
  • Ability to influence others including senior level and C-suite staff
  • Ability to travel (travel is somewhat limited now due to the ongoing pandemic, but we’d normally expect someone to travel about 40%)
