Are you someone with a strong technical background? Are you also a top notch communicator who enjoys problem solving and supporting customers? This position will be responsible for helping both our current and potential customers (SMB to Enterprise) integrate Consensus into their tech stacks. You’ll be assisting our Technical Account Manager with integration setup, troubleshooting, and enhancements. You will also be responsible for assisting with Security Reviews for potential prospects looking to purchase Consensus. Requirements

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing technical support to customers pre and post-sales. Focusing on Integrations, and Implementations.
  • Train Support Teams (internal and external) to configure and troubleshoot integrations
  • Create Support Documentation, video walkthroughs, and host live webinars for Configuring, Using, and managing Consensus webapp and its Integrations.
  • Research potential areas to update, and improve existing integrations
  • Report weekly to CS Leadership revolving current integration status for top accounts
  • Work with Sales and Client Success to meet with clients as well as prospects to understand Integration requirements.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create detailed requirement and wireframes for our Integration Development Team
  • Work alongside our Integration Development Team to deliver output and meet timelines based on integration needs
  • Research potential new integrations with our customers, partners and 3rd party vendors.

SKILL & BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years working with web application software engineering teams, preferably focused on creating, and maintaining integrations
  • Top notch verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to drive progress and stay focused and motivated in a 100% Remote Work environment
  • (Preferred) 3+ years of direct experience with customers (e.g. Technical Support, Systems Administration, customer support, client success, etc)
  • (Preferred) 1-5 years Product Management experience
  • (Preferred) 1-5 years UX wireframing experience
  • (Desired) Sales engineering background
  • Bachelors or equivalent degree/ work experience
