About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage key partnerships at MetaMap tied to the growth of our business, in collaboration with internal and external teams. In this role, you will play a key role in the overall success of our partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Develops Partner Program and helps our partners successfully utilize MetaMap solutions

  • Acts as a central advisor to the partner; owns the partnership end-to-end and coordinates all MetaMap interactions (e.g. Executives, Product, etc.) with your assigned Account Executive teammate

  • Guides and updates partner in alignment with MetaMap’s go-to-market strategy

  • Drives partnership execution to revenue commitments; measures and reports progress and performance

  • Effectively trains partners' sales and presales teams to become advisors on delivering MetaMap's value proposition, demo the product, and commercial aspects

  • Identifies and pursues partnership opportunities in progress

  • Diagnoses and prescribes corrective action for underperforming partners

  • Provides support to partners in sales cycles via coaching, mentoring, and shadowing in customer-facing sales activities

  • Develops and executes effective joint annual business planning with partners to ensure proper planning and execution of Sales, Marketing, and Enablement

  • Ensures our partners and MetaMap's teams operate professionally and ethically; takes action or escalates if these standards are not met

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of working experience in the software industry

  • 3+ years in a partner-facing role (ex.: sales, consulting, etc.)

  • Demonstrated partnering and sales leadership skills

  • Business development planning and execution experience in driving sales pipeline, demand gen, and enablement with partners

  • Strong analytical skills; utilizes data and logical reasoning to understand and solve problems

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, especially to an executive audience

  • High energy; brings creative and innovative ideas,

  • Strong interpersonal savvy; establishes and maintains harmonious professional relationships, values teamwork, collaborates effectively

  • Local market knowledge and understanding (industry, trends, etc.)

  • Languages: English, Portuguese (if covering Brazil), Spanish (if covering any LATAM country)
