Sales Operations Analyst

As the Sales Operations Analyst at Burq, you will work closely with our Sales team and leadership to optimize current processes, assist with strategic outreach, create and manage campaigns, and use a data-driven approach to track success of projects and strategic initiatives. You will be part of an emerging team that is helping our clients optimize their delivery operations, and have an immediate impact as the first employee dedicated to this function at a fast-growing, early-stage startup.

What You'll Do

  • Be one of the first 20 people in a growing company on an amazing team Provide strategic and operational support to our Account Executives
  • Implement new tools and manage existing tech stacks for sales/marketing, and build new processes and frameworks to ensure optimal efficiency for our business functions
  • Create a database of prospects, maintain existing CRM, and build campaigns to target existing and prospective customers
  • Research and develop data-driven approaches to define and measure success criteria for strategic initiatives and internal productivity
  • Work cross-functionally to understand the current needs within each department and build solutions to remove bottlenecks and scale our internal operations

Requirements

Who You Are

  • An eye for detail and ability to root cause problems and build solutions that scale for the Biz Dev organization
  • Ability to define projects, measure success, test assumptions against outcomes and collect and incorporate feedback
  • Experience with collaborating cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and operations teams
  • Excited to develop sales outreach strategies, define metrics to track success, research and build out lists of companies to target, and designing and building campaigns
  • Have a go-getter attitude and thrive in the startup environment - you are not shy to experiment with new concepts and use data to validate the success of your designs
  • Previous experience with CRM platforms, automated outreach tools, ticketing systems, and data analytics dashboard platforms (or strong interest to learn with an affinity for learning new tools)
  • Are highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Are a skilled listener & with excellent verbal and written communications
