We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Crypto Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the rapidly evolving world of digital currencies. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cryptocurrency sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate and close partnership deals with potential clients and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of business development opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Work with Operations team to ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership agreements.
  • Research prospective communities in the crypto market, pursue promising leads, and construct smart agreements.
  • Build and maintain steady relationships with current clients, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with other companies and organizations.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments and ensure that their organizations adhere to legal and compliance standards.
  • Prepare regular social media posts.
  • Stay updated on the latest blockchain technologies, protocols, and industry trends, integrating them into development projects to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships.
  • Established network of crypto investors (HNW, Family Offices, Whales, foundations & treasuries).
  • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain landscape.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience with market research and analysis.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business development activities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.
