Sales Talent Coordinator

(Remote OK - USA)

The Sales Talent Coordinator will help Better Earth find the most talented Solar Consultants to join the team. In this role, your focus will be to continually engage in activities that bring new talent to our sales team. Your duties will include sourcing for talent, screening candidates, and scheduling/conducting interviews. You will also be required to maintain our candidate database (high level/Hubspot) and assist our sales leaders with integrating new reps onto their teams.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of our sales process and the experience of our reps
  • Screen applicants via follow-up emails, texts, and phone calls
  • Following up on note-worthy informal and networking referrals.
  • Conduct interviews with qualified candidates
  • Support recruitment team in making objective hiring decisions.
  • Maintain sales rep records toward tracking hiring successes and identifying future opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience and success in residential solar.
  • Success in recruiting solar salespeople
  • Experience studying metrics and tracking performance
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in the hiring process
  • Knowledge of hiring strategies, and applicable labor law.
  • Experience with CRM, ATS, or CMS (Insightly, HighLevel, Hubspot, or related)
  • Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) for salespeople
  • Competency in using G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office
  • Excellent decision-making and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong recruitment-related intuition.

Full- Time | TUESDAY - SATURDAY | 11 am - 7 pm PST T-F | Earlier Hours Saturday

Compensation

  • Full-time $20-24/hr
