We are driven by a desire to make meaningful impacts for our customers, and to be excellent teammates to each other along the way.     Bonusly is looking for a collaborative, action-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst to help guide the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. We are looking for someone who can support our Marketing team in making data-informed decisions. This includes scaling, experimenting, learning from data, and continuously improving data hygiene, reporting and analysis. You’ll help with the development of a reporting infrastructure that provides insight on the performance of all marketing channels, campaigns and initiatives.    As the second member of our Marketing Operations team, you’ll also be closely involved in building out our Hubspot portal, developing and documenting processes, and supporting web operations.

< class="h3">✅ What you’ll do
  • Use data and key marketing and sales systems to uncover business insights and turn them into impactful business recommendations. 
  • Help build, maintain, document, and support key operational processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor and review the success of specific campaigns.
  • Help manage our Hubspot portal including workflows, documentation, integrations, reporting and dashboards.
  • Constantly look for ways to improve data quality and data hygiene.
  • Partner with Sales Ops and other functions to ensure a clean automation and data setup.

< class="h3">💯You should apply if you…..
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in marketing operations/automation, marketing analysis, or a related field.
  • Have advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Excel and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong experience reporting and visualizing data in Datastudio, Databox, or other similar tools
  • Are an expert in the marketing funnel, audience segmentation, performance metrics, and attribution.
  • Love creating organization and process development
  • Strong experience in process documentation.
  • Have strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Are flexible and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Have experience developing buy-in and building consensus with stakeholders.
  • Have excellent communication & presentation skills. Are passionate about clean data.
