We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to create and maintain a successful brand, increase the brand awareness through the most effective marketing activities and solutions possible and driving performance of each of our NFT drops. Our ideal candidate will have an extensive marketing experience and a comprehensive knowledge of community building. They will have the ability to lead a team and interact with recording artists on a regular basis.

Overview of Role:

  • Responsible for designing and driving the Marketing (inclusive of PR/Media/ Communications) strategy for our company and inidual NFT Drops in key target markets (Asia Pacific)
  • Create Content, Key Messages and Communications for implementation in social media accounts, online communities, press releases, byline articles and presentations
  • Assist in designing promotional and marketing materials, including online content in media announcements, media kits, social media channels
  • Plan and execute local and international marketing campaigns with internal team or external partners: sourcing, briefing, and managing agencies/vendors
  • Build up and maintain strong relationships and cooperation with KOLs/Influencers in the music and crypto blockchain communities
  • Overall management and operation of our online community channels, both in China and Overseas, across Wechat, Twitter, Discord and Telegram; including co-construction of rules, planning of topic discussions, resolution voting, user interaction, etc.
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests, while proactively seeking suitable speaking engagements and AMAs
  • Participate in coordination of offline events, press-conferences, investor roadshows, product launch/exhibition
  • Media Monitoring (including on company’s own social channels) & Crisis Management
  • Collaborate with Recording Artists and their marketing teams to craft promotions and strategy for each drop
  • Serve as spokesperson for press-media related events and act as point of contact for all of our event, pr and marketing agencies and help coordinate their efforts
  • Measure and provide insights from our analytics for campaigns
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets
  • Build out and manage a team of highly efficient PR, Marketing, Social professionals

About You:

  • 3 years relevant experience in marketing agency or in a similar role (bonus if worked on blockchain related projects)
  • Experience in management of community groups
  • Good understanding and knowledge of NFTs and Metaverse, especially pertaining to notable projects in this space
  • Strong capability of developing network and partnership; have existing network of agencies and media contacts, preferably in the music and/or blockchain industry
  • Demonstrated deep sales & marketing information collection and analysis skills with ability to provide clear understanding of business drivers
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, as well as project management capability
  • Excellent command of both Chinese Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
