Job Description

Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as a Sales Admin. Sales Admin play the role of a key connector between the Business Development/Sales team and customers to ensure deals close smoothly. As the “face” of the Company, we expect Sales Admin Executives to be of the utmost calibre. The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly alongside core members of our high-performing team and will have the following responsibilities:

Process customer requests and inquiries;
\

*

Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries;
\

*

Ensure timely delivery of documents;
\

*

Maintain sales, customer records and develop monthly sales reports;
\

*

Communicate important feedback from customers internally;
\

*

Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations;
\

*

Stay up-to-date with new products and features;
\

*

Work with tax notary office and competent authorities;
\

*

Collaborate closely with the team to increase sales and achieve greater customer satisfaction;
\

*

Ensure that the CRM system is constantly updated;
\

*

Other responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.
\

Our Requirements

We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:

*

Based in HCMC;
\

*

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Sales preferred. Other degrees will also be welcomed based on necessary aptitude and growth potential;
\

*

Passionate about business development/sales, operations, and customer service; 
\

*

Working knowledge of B2C sales cycles;
\

*

Outstanding attention to detail;
\

*

Able to build rapport and sustain effective working relationships with erse colleagues, partners, and clients;
\

*

Full professional proficiency/native in written and oral Vietnamese;
\

*

Conversant in English (fluency is a plus but not a requirement);
\

*

Prior experience working in the financial services/ insurance/ real estate industry is a plus.
