About the role:

CloudTalk’s growing Partnerships / Channel Sales team is looking for a full-time Partner Manager with hunter instincts to help us build, manage and develop long-lasting partnerships with our solution’s resellers, integrators, and other providers. Let’s build together a network of professionals passionate about our product as we are and willing to drive revenue with it. What you will work on:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant new partners,
  • Manage the relationship with your partner portfolio and help them progress towards our common goals,
  • Build a high-touch relationship with your strategic accounts,
  • Assist partners with sales (closing, upsell, churn prevention) and marketing,
  • Track, measure, and report your and your partners’ metrics to your manager,
  • Analyze your performance and your partners’ feedback to improve our product, our partner program, and yourself.

What we are looking for:

  • A self-starter with passion for sales, technology and human relations,
  • 1 year experience in Channel Sales / Partnerships,
  • 3 years experience in B2B SaaS sales,
  • EMEA experience is a big plus but not KO criteria,
  • Experience with selling through partner networks and/or familiarity with our market players is strongly preferred (Aircall, RingOver, TalkDesk, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Salesforce, Zapier, Intercom,...),
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Other European language (French/German/Spanish/Dutch...) is a huge plus,
  • High adaptability skills and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment,
  • A team-first mindset,
  • Excellent prioritization, communication and time management skills.
