Are you passionate about connecting with an audience and building love for products? We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to take a social media strategy to a whole new level.

What you’ll be doing but not limited to

  • Develop Goodwall’s global social media strategy, establishing a distinctive tone of voice and positioning.
  • Launch and operate official channels across established and emerging social platforms (including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok), including content ideation, copywriting, asset management, publishing, and reporting.
  • Develop the content calendar, posting cadence and engagement tactics for each social platform.
  • Create high-quality content that achieves performance goals and resonates with our community.
  • Track and analyze audience engagement and creative effectiveness to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Help build a connection with existing and potential users & partners through organic interaction, and propose new ways to engage with them.
  • Stay ahead of the latest platform best practices and industry trends.
  • Develop processes and implement workflows to improve our content delivery agility.

Job requirements

Preferred Skills & Work Experience

  • 4+ years of experience working in social media, community, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge on social platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Twitch, and Facebook just to name a few) and tools (such as Hootsuite).
  • A deep passion for pop culture and staying on top of current trends, and the ability to react with platform and content to connect authentically with our audience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills (English) and a strong sense of design.
  • Experience building and overseeing social media campaigns across multiple platforms from kickoff to execution.
  • A proven track record of growing healthy communities, generating social buzz, and delivering on engagement metrics.
  • Natural eagerness to not only ideate, but implement that idea.
  • Team player, flexible, positive and always happy to go the extra mile.
  • Attention to detail, data-driven and analytical.

Bonus Points

  • Degree in Communications or other related field.
  • A strong personal social media presence.
  • Experience with Photoshop and other creative tools.
