About the Role

We are seeking a technically savvy and customer centric professional. You will be working with our clients to manage Halborn’s engagements working with various internal security practice teams to drive the bets outcomes for the client.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide client teams through their engagement lifecycle with Halborn in a helpful and collaborative manner.

  • Collaborate with sales, engineering and client teams to ensure successful intake and delivery of Halborn service offerings

  • Identify and understand client needs and priorities in order to suggest appropriate products and services to your clients

  • Maintain and update accurate project plans using NiftyPM to ensure our engineers are on time and in scope.

  • Build valued relationships with clients, internal peers and developing the assigned portfolio of business.

  • Lead customer success activity to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.

  • Work with senior leadership and take responsibility for engagement / account level initiatives, ensuring that project teams understand and execute strategic initiatives.

  • Represent the company at security conferences, trade shows, and industry events

  • Wear multiple hats and collaborate with the internal team to complete tasks outside of your usual scope to aid in the growth of organization.

 

 Desired Experience:

  • 3+ years minimum experience working in SAAS, blockchain or cybersecurity services companies

  • 5+ years of complex account management and/or project management experience.

  • Self-motivated and independent

  • Extremely detail-oriented

  • A high degree of emotional intelligence

  • Willingness to learn technical aspects of blockchain and cybersecurity

  • Willingness to work in an asynchronous environment

 

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledgeable of the latest trends in Blockchain and DeFi

  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity landscape including Infosec services or products
