Miratech’s growing marketing team is looking for an energetic and organized marketing coordinator, a marketing professional who will help us stay organized and help with a variety of marketing projects. Serving as the right hand for Marketing Director, you will be coordinating Miratech’s marketing activities and initiatives, planning the team’s workload, and serving as the first point of contact for all requests coming into the department. This position is full-time and fully remote.

Job Description

  • Empower marketing team to accomplish a lot by helping to plan weekly sprints and moderating daily standups, manage weekly workload, internal and external requests
  • Manage Communication Platforms and Assets (websites, newsletters, keep marketing assets (presentations, creative materials, POSM, souvenirs, etc.) up-to-date and accessible
  • Assure Marketing SLA fulfillment and happy internal clients (sales, management, sourcing, Employee Experience, etc.);
  • Manage Marketing Projects (launches of new landings, participation in events, video production, client NPS survey, and other marketing-related projects as assigned)
  • Conduct marketing research to support sales and content teams
  • Set up and manage regular reporting (weekly, monthly activity reports; campaign reports, etc)

< class="h3">Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B marketing in international markets;
  • Project/Service management skills and experience;
  • Experience in organizing events (logistics of hiring vendors and production of branding, sponsors, tickets, promotions) is a plus;
  • Education and/or work experience in North America or Western Europe is a key advantage;
  • Experience with Teams, Jira, solid knowledge of Excel is a plus
  • Upper-Intermediate spoken English is a must
