We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to join our award-winning team to help build relationships with our customer’s professional outside sales team. This is a Remote position, however, candidates must live in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area or be willing to relocate for optimum sales potential. Requirements

  • Report directly to the Director of Sales – Pro
  • Liaison between our customer and end user.
  • Build solid and trustworthy relationships with regional sales leaders and associates by equipping them with product knowledge through training to build confidence when selling our products.
  • Add value, build sales presentations, and engage in joint sales calls with our customer to the end user.
  • Enter and update sales/potential sales thru a CRM (Customer Relationship Management; i.e. - SalesForce) on a timely basis.
  • Be customer-centric and adept at handling customer inquiries.
  • Must be consistent with following up on leads/opportunities and take the necessary steps to assist the customer.
  • Constant learning to build and maintain product and industry knowledge
  • Meet all goals set forth by management.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related function is preferred.
  • Experienced in a fast- moving environment
  • 2-4 years proven track record of sales experience/account management
  • Flooring experience strongly preferred but not required
  • Interior design knowledge a plus but not required
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong listening, written and oral communication skills: comfortable presenting to all levels of management.
  • Ability to educate and facilitate the closing of warm leads.
  • Must possess high energy, be a good time manager, and possess very strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate both independently and as a member of a team.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a team player who is motivated and can productively work at home.
  • Frequent travel is required (air and auto)
  • Must pass a drug test and background check.
  • Seeking a career, not a job.
  • Must be able to lift boxes of flooring when needed.
  • Must be able to demonstrate flooring installation when needed.
  • Work schedule is generally Monday-Friday but evenings and weekend may be needed at times.
