Go Maverick Group is working with a B2B marketing agency who is looking for a Sr. HubSpot & Salesforce Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team. The job responsibilities will be split between digital campaign initiatives, Salesforce administration and content development.

 

Digital Campaigns

  • Work closely with other marketing automation strategists and account managers to create, plan and execute campaigns and supporting tactics in HubSpot, Pardot and other platforms
  • Monitor and analyze ROI and KPIs to provide insight for improvement
  • Execute and report on A/B tests
  • Create, report on and optimize nurture workflows
  • Bring new technology and best practice ideas to the agency for improving technology implementations
  • Serve as a lead resource for client questions about marketing automation--attend client meetings and own HubSpot/Pardot strategy for select clients
  • Coordinate trouble ticket items with marketing automation software platforms as they arise
  • Support SEO and PPC projects as it relates to marketing automation initiatives
  • Assist in standardizing the implementation of digital marketing tactics across the agency

 

Salesforce Administration

  • Create bi-directional syncs between marketing automation tools to clients' Salesforce orgs and generate reports to showcase the return on marketing programs
  • Troubleshoot user issues and answer client inquiries
  • Document processes and resources to share best practices with clients

Content Development

  • Assist with the writing and execution of digital marketing campaigns and playbooks, including emails and social media
  • Ensure content written is consistent with their client’s brands and personas.
  • Coordinate the creation and publishing of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, etc.)

Requirements

  • HubSpot proficient, certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years Salesforce experience, ideally Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • At least 5+ years digital marketing and/or marketing automation experience
  • Familiarity with Pardot and/or Marketo
  • Familiarity with email tools such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Google Analytics and/or social media experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS experience a plus
  • Prior agency experience is highly preferred
  • Proficient in Google Analytics/GA4 -- certification preferred
