< class="h2">About the Role

You will work with talented product, sales, and marketing team members at Forma to explore product opportunities, define messaging and positioning, identify ideal customer profiles & ideal buyer personas, and support GTM strategies. This is one of the most unique and versatile roles at Forma that will have the ability to work across teams to bring the highest degree of impact to both Product and GTM teams. 

 

< class="h2">You Will
  • Assist in creating and executing our product marketing playbook & strategy, including the messaging & positioning of our platform and applications, and defining the scope and timing for product launches.

  • Work closely with Product to identify clear value propositions and articulate product features into GTM-ready positioning and messaging.

  • Support Sales in creating and documenting ICP/IBP analysis, value creation, competitive intelligence, marketing trends, and opportunity research.

  • Data-driven and highly analytical approach to measuring product sales, pricing, discounts, and business metrics to reflect performance and plan for continuous improvements

  • Engage with customers, industry influencers, analysts, and media online to promote Forma storytelling and differentiation.

 

< class="h2">Preferred Skills
  • Engage directly with the field sales teams on enabling business value conversations with customers, strategic deal structuring and analysis and approvals framework for deal exceptions

  • Drive comprehensive market research using both primary/secondary data to support segmentation, packaging, pricing, positioning, business value decisions

  • Develop overall product promotions and incentives strategy to drive growth and customer adoption

 

< class="h2">Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in the enterprise SaaS space

  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills with a data-driven mindset

  • Experience translating complex technical concepts and solutions into digestible content for our target market

  • Ability to drive communication processes and work effectively across global cross-functional teams

  • Have a high degree of empathy and crave to deeply understand the customer

  • Be intellectually curious, seeking to develop expertise and stay abreast of industry trends

  • Be positive and able to manage in intense and very fluid business situations

  • Ability to create customer-facing presentations, author detailed market research documents, and conduct pricing and packaging proposal reviews

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize a large volume of data and deal with complex uncertain scenarios and incomplete information

  • Ability to communicate at the executive level with compelling, clear, logical, and data-driven arguments

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, comfortable delivering presentations to large audiences on an international scale.
