We’re seeking a compassionate leader willing to train, teach, mentor, and hold our reps accountable in a supportive and motivating manner. A large portion of this role will is dedicated to growth, retention, and carrying out feedback channels and performance reviews to improve inidual, team, and department performance.  You will report to the Director of Account Management to develop and continually grow your long-term career at Medely. We offer a highly lucrative compensation package for exceptional performers and additional leadership opportunities in the future.    This position may require occasional travel, both local and overnight, to meet with clients and with members of the medical community, to establish relationships with clients and to promote Medely Inc.  This may require providing proof of immunizations and the use of safety equipment to remain in compliance with healthcare facility and customer requirements.

< class="h3">What you will do:
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of account managers (who own, manage retention, and drive growth) through ongoing call reviews, weekly one-on-ones, and quarterly reviews to improve inidual, team, and department performance
  • Build honest relationships and genuine rapport with account managers, cross-functional colleagues, and stakeholders 
  • Onboard and train new hires; train all team members on new processes, tools, technologies, etc., as necessary.
  • Generate and maintain expert knowledge of the Medely product, the healthcare staffing industry, competition, market happenings, and trends 
  • Focus on leading a best-in-class customer experience and driving growth and retention improvements
  • Act as the voice of Medely's customers internally, providing feedback and suggestions to our product team 

< class="h3">What we are seeking:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant account management or customer success experience; preferably in healthcare tech, software, or EMR space 
  • Leadership: 2-4+ years of team management experience 
  • Possess a solid ability to train, coach, mentor, and motivate iniduals and teams 
  • Adept at establishing and maintaining trusting relationships with direct reports, lateral colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Is a collaborative, supportive, and nurturing leader that holds their team(s) accountable with clear expectations
  • Share our mindset that problems are opportunities for teachable moments. 
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, can meet facilities health requirements. 
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Gainsight, and Google Suite Tools
