The Role

We’re looking for an energetic Graphic Designer/Animator to join our fully remote, award-winning internal agency. As Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include concepting and developing graphic design and animations for a variety of deliverables including digital advertising, web and email. In this role, you’ll be operating as one of the core members of our creative group – working on the Design team while collaborating with UX, Video, Copy, Project Management and Creative Leadership to deliver industry-leading creative across our enterprise tech portfolio.

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Design for our digital properties and major marketing initiatives including digital advertising, homepages, landing pages, etc.
  • Develop concepts for digital advertising and social media campaigns; come up with creative solutions that work within the brand style guide
  • Research and recommend creative solutions for innovating, improving and optimizing creative in market and digital properties
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional, distributed teams that includes UX designers, art directors, copywriters, project and campaign managers
  • Help translate campaign requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging
  • Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design field

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • 2+ years of experience designing for web, email and mobile
  • Strong understanding of design principles (typography, form, color, composition, grid)
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of InDesign
  • Familiarity with After Effects, Adobe Animate or other animation tool
  • Can design multiple elements that align with the current corporate brand identity
  • Can follow direction, multi-task, work on several priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Have extreme attention to detail and consistency
  • Can clearly articulate ideas and show creative process
  • Experience at an agency or in-house creative team preferred
  • Navigate web design/HTML applications experience preferred

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee’s primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each inidual’s qualifications.

$54,110 – $72,140 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY
$56,820 – $75,750 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$59,520 – $79,360 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA

As with the pay range variety that’s based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Inidual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
