This highly visible position is key to supporting the continued rapid growth of Clio and will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end global commissions plans and processing. What you’ll work on:Partner with the Director of Strategy & Analytics, Sales Operations and Finance to structure & deploy annual sales compensation plans. Own the process of creation and distribution of inidual sales commission plans throughout the year Identify opportunities to scale commissions processes and partner cross-functionally to drive projects to completion– implement CaptivateIQResponsible for the calculations of Clio’s compensation plans to ensure payments are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policy and practiceMaintain monthly commission reporting and perform SPIF and/or other cost projection analyses Provide exceptional support and resolve commission inquiries to sales and sales managementWork closely with Human Resources and Sales Operations to track changes in sales employee data for new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, compensation and retroactive changesBecome a trusted advisor on compensation structure to the global sales organizationand ad hoc projects as neededExecute routine data reconciliation and other cleansing exercises to post monthly sales commission, net revenue reporting, and bonus accrualsWhat you may have: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics Sufficient amount of experience with sales commissions Strong analytical skills and knowledge of commissions process and metrics Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to compile, transform, analyze, and present complex data setsExperience with CaptivateIQ or other sales commissions calculation software is a must Effective time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh level of interpersonal skills and ability to work in a proactive and team-oriented manner.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information at the highest levelFamiliarity with SOX Compliance and key controlsSalesforce.com knowledge  Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity (DIBE) & Accessibility Our team shows up as their authentic selves, and are united by our mission.
