Pay and benefits

An Adaptive Telemetry engineer has various work streams. They likely are engaged in a larger project with another engineer, as well as mixing in some performance and reliability improvements discovered through operating the system in production. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:
- Design, Develop and Maintain event driven micro services, creating robust APIs and middleware which facilitate secure and efficient interactions across blockchains
- Optimize blockchain data processing, implementing efficient methods for ingesting, storing, and querying on-chain data to support real-time analytics and user-facing applications
- Collaborate on cross functional autonomous squads, working closely with React Native mobile developers and product teams to deliver quality features in timely manner

What we’re looking for

StripChain is looking for a Backend Engineer to join their team on a full time basis to lead the design and the protocol into production and maintain the distributed system and our architecture to welcome a new era of interoperability and architecture for building dapps.
This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver with a penchant for deep technical challenges, strong communication skills, and a builder mentality.
You’ll be helping contribute to a cutting-edge distributed system, navigating nuanced trade-offs between latency, fault tolerance, and incentives.
What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to the development and scaling of StripChain, specifically the StripVM, responsible for connecting different blockchains and for managing intents.
- Help launch and maintain our blockchain built on the arbitrum orbit chain.
- Develop and refine networking layers and P2P protocols to ensure high performance and reliability for our stripVM
- Maintain and enhance protocol services.
- Help build and integrate peripheral products in the ecosystem.
- Take charge of protocol documentation in the StripChain ecosystem.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code that meets production-grade standards.
- Help write APIs and SDKs as we need.
- Give hands with the smart contract development and extra tools creation etc.
Who You Are
- 4-10 years of hands-on experience in building production-grade distributed systems, skilled in Go.
- Proven track record in designing scalable, high-throughput architectures.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end testing of consensus or distributed system protocols.
- Deep understanding of fault-tolerant systems, including Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT) and other relevant models.

- Very strong blockchain fundamentals and can pick up new technologies and ecosystem fast
