Requirements

We’re looking for a HubSpot expert - someone who can apply their wisdom with marketing data and empower the commercial arm of DirectID .

As the CRM Manager, you’ll be the in-house HubSpot champion, working from within the Marketing team and alongside our Senior Marketing Manager and Website Manager. You’ll also work frequently with Customer Success and Sales.

You’ll oversee our CRM strategy and implementation, giving you the reigns to manage and grow our existing database of contacts through inbound and outbound activity. We’re seeking an analytical and data-driven digital marketer who can help us create, nurture and deliver high-quality leads to our sales team.

 

About You

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing a CRM strategy with a tech or SaaS company
  • Manage and upkeep CRM records for all our contacts, leading training and technical support for HubSpot
  • Manage and optimise criteria to evaluate prospect engagement through lead scoring
  • Find new creative methods to nurture our existing contacts within our CRM database
  • You’ll work with our Senior Marketing Manager to co-create content, determining when and how frequently we communicate with prospects and customers
  • Experience building & nurturing workflows within HubSpot
  • Create, build, manage & analyse inbound and outbound digital marketing campaigns and track return on investment
  • Build reports that help Customer Success, Marketing & Sales track progress of activity
  • A digital marketing enthusiast with proficient written and verbal communication
  • Nice to have – experience working with Google Analytics / GA4
  • Nice to have – experience working alongside Website Manager (Webflow) to create reporting and operating efficiencies
