At David AI, our people are our greatest asset. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you'll collaborate with leadership to attract and retain top talent. Working with our CEO and CTO, you’ll identify sourcing needs, build robust hiring funnels, and engage candidates.

Ideal candidates have a keen eye for talent and are passionate about building processes, implementing best practices, and boosting efficiency. You will handle a variety of roles, including technical positions.

Does This Sound Like You?

* Over 3 years in recruitment, preferably handling both technical and leadership roles in high-growth startups, scaling teams from XX to XXX

* Proven success in rapidly expanding teams while maintaining hiring standards and aligning with company culture
* Track record of collaborating with department heads and external recruiters to meet ambitious hiring goals
* Strong expertise in recruiting technical positions, including software engineering and AI/ML roles
* Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, effectively prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing needs
* Deeply committed to David AI’s mission and eager to help build a team that drives our success
* Preferably based in San Francisco, though outstanding remote candidates will also be considered

What You’ll Work On

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for leadership and inidual contributor roles across functions, including technical positions

* Partner with our CEO, CTO, and Head of Operations to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
* Bring an ownership mentality to setting and achieving ambitious hiring goals
* Build and maintain a strong talent pool through proactive sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement
* Collaborate with external recruiting firms to support internal efforts, ensuring alignment with David AI's hiring standards
* Balance urgent hiring needs with finding the best candidates, ensuring new hires fit our company culture
* Streamline the hiring process to enhance efficiency and deliver an excellent candidate experience
* Use hiring metrics to track progress toward objectives and creatively refine recruitment strategies
