The Role:

We’re looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to drive efficiency and speed in our recruiting processes while we build and scale a high-performance team. You’ll own the end-to-end scheduling through the recruiting process, coordinate calendars and ensure a 5 star candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

* Schedule the top 1–10% talent with speed.

* Partner with Leadership: Partner with leadership to move key hires through the pipeline, including VP of Sales, VP of Partnerships, and VP of Customer Support and Success.
* Move Talent Pipelines: Develop proactive strategies to identify how we can move faster
* Drive Operational Excellence
* Champion Culture: Schedule talent aligned with Sully.ai’s values of innovation, ownership, and impact.

Who You Are:

* Experienced Coordinator (5+ Years): Proven track record of scaling top-tier talent at early-stage startups.

* Startup Ready: Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and scaling from seed to Series B.
* Move Fast & Iterate: Ability to match our speed of hiring and moving top candidates through the process with efficiency.
* Proactive & Data-Driven: Uses metrics and insights to improve scheduling strategies decisions.
* Mission-Driven: Passionate about AI and transforming healthcare, even without a direct healthcare background.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

* Experience sourcing for AI/tech-driven companies.

* Background in coordinating for high growth startups.
* Familiarity with ATS tools like Greenhouse
* Previous roles in recruiting agencies or executive search firms
