We are looking for our first Account Manager to help drive the revenue, overall adoption, impact, success, renewal and upsells of Delegate’s customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for, not only retaining the customer, but to always look for opportunities to expand the relationships and their use of Delegate’s services. You are proactive, passionate about helping customers, and enjoy building lasting relationships.

 

< class="h3">Role and Responsibilities:
  • Consistenly drive and maintain client retention, upsells and expansion revenue
  • Identify, grow and close new revenue within existing accounts by identifying new sales opportunities and successfully seeing them through contracting.
  • Effectively manage pipeline and forecast of new revenue opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Collaborate with Services team to help maximize client value, and satisfaction of our platform resulting in client retention.
  • Proactively engage with clients that may be at risk of cancelation to reset expectations and realign on strategic outcomes resulting in client retention and improved client outcomes.
  • Onboard new clients, managing all aspects of the account, user administration and provide product training based upon client specific use cases and objectives.
  • Drive product improvements and help inform product development initiatives by listening to customer feedback, conducting UAT on new feature releases, and relaying it to our product development team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota carrying in Account Management; SaaS experience preferred
  • Ability to to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Solid business acumen with exceptional interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills
  • Solid organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Consistent and proven delivery of attaining quota targets and expert pipeline management
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach and other Go-To Market systems
  • Powerful communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly articulate via phone, email and in person, along with a positive engaged approach to working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners
