Title: Senior UX/UI Designer

Description

Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer for its Johnston, RI location.

Duties: Design user experiences for customers, including mobile deposit, transactions, transfers, and account details. Focus on increasing online usage for our customers, specifically targeting high potential young professionals by enabling access to banking without the need for a physical branch and digitizing the branch experience so that it is easily accessible anywhere. Conduct research on existing and new customer needs to better understand our new target audience, identify gaps in the business, and explore potential opportunities that would help grow our business. Leverage collected data and perform analyses, which are used to validate findings and informs design decisions. Establish custom components and design guidelines specific to new mobile applications to augment the existing design system to ensure alignment in all designs across all product offerings.

RequirementsBachelor s degree in Engineering Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design or a related field followed by one (1) year of experience in the role or in a similar position. Full term of experience must include: Creating, designing, and prototyping user interface variations in Sketch, Figma, and Invision for quicker testing turnaround; Analyzing new product features and functionalities to ensure that they are supported by user research and testing using research tools, including Userzoom and Usertesting; Conducting research on existing and new customer needs to better understand target audiences and identify gaps and opportunities using Curinos; Using Jira to deliver designs on-time according to acceptance criteria and ensure design stories are written and groomed properly; Adhering to WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.0 AA compliancy to ensure designs are accessible to all existing and potential customers; Project tracking and documentation using Jira and Confluence; Team collaboration and brainstorming design concepts using Mural, Miro, and FigJam; Designing product specific assets using Adobe Illustrator; and Creating high fidelity designs intended for marketing purposes using Adobe Photoshop.
