Take the opportunity to work with highly professional people with remarkable ideas on their minds! DotCom Therapy’s story begins, for the most part, in the remote, rural villages of Alaska. The founder + President of the company knew there had to be a better alternative to delivering therapy services. So it was founded through a hybrid approach where services were provided in-person one week of every month and via teletherapy for the remaining weeks. During this time, best practices were established, and the true power of teletherapy was discovered.DotCom Therapy has been a leader in pediatric therapy services since 2015. Our providers are experienced pediatric clinicians whose passion is to treat the whole child. By removing location as a barrier, we can equalize access to quality support. The MissionWith our mission, we like to keep it short and sweet. We are making therapy available to everyone, everywhere, using the power of the internet. Title: Regional Partnership ManagerDepartment: SalesWork Location: RemoteExempt Status: ExemptReports to: Director of Sales -Education                                                           Job Summary:Responsible for driving sales by educating potential customers on the benefits and value of DotCom Therapy; Identifies key potential customers within the market by following leads and demonstrating the value of DotCom Therapy.Duties and Responsibilities:Customer Education: Educate customers and potential customers on the value and opportunity of using DotCom Therapy;Customer Management: Manage multiple conversations and customers simultaneously;Identify Key Customers: Qualify and identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization; Outbound/Inbound prospecting to target the assigned market segment;Monthly Reports: Create monthly pipeline value and provide accurate and timely reporting and tracking of sales activities and territory sales forecasts;Revenue Targets: Responsible for meeting/exceeding quarterly targets by utilizing sales tools provided;Customer Voice: Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas of the product;Administrative Tasks: Provide timely and accurate administrative reporting on a consistent basis;Miscellaneous: Other duties as assigned.Required Skills/AbilitiesLittle need for oversight in preparing for meetings;Competitive in nature and driven to achieve goals;Articulate and poised with a clear and concise spoken and written communication style;Ability to learn on the fly and thrive in a fast-moving environment;Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering therapy to everyone;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Excellent interpersonal, customer service skills, and attention to detail;Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software;Must have accessibility to stable internet and technology;Preferred Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Business or related field;2+ years of closing/sales experience;A consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions;Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer;Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times;Occasional travel required up to 30%Estimated salary depending upon experience: $60,000 - $65,000 + commissions  #Salary and compensation
