This is a remote role that may require occasional travel, including to Resilia’s New York and New Orleans offices for collaborative opportunities such as team retreats and gatherings. This role is expected to work either Eastern or Central hours. #LI-remote

< class="h3">About the Role

Resilia’s Marketing team is a key growth driver for the company, supporting all three product lines while enabling brand awareness in a mission-first manner.

As the first Digital Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for Resilia’s digital marketing visual creative, seeing projects through from concept to completion.

As digital marketing content crafter, you will design and create eye-catching, error-free conversion-rate focused marketing assets that represent Resilia’s brand.

You enjoy brainstorming, conceptualizing and turning creative ideas into clean, attractive, goal-oriented designs.

You have digital marketing design experience creating website landing pages and visuals for email, social media, social ads, display ads, web elements, and videos. You have developed animated and video content for use on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, Linkedin, Youtube, websites, etc; and keep current with emerging digital marketing trends, software and design concepts.

As our marketing design guru, you will collaborate closely with fellow marketing team members and various stakeholders to deliver quality content, designed to appeal visually, engage users, and generate high conversion rates.

You will collaborate with Resilia's Design Manager to ensure synchronicity of our brand and our product’s visual language and design values, and be an active contributor to the evolution of our design systems at the company level.

You are eager to make our story accessible and support thousands of nonprofits organizations.

This role encompasses graphic, video and web.

< class="h3">What you will do
  • Manage digital marketing visual creative, from concept to completion
  • Create high conversion rate focused marketing collateral including landing pages, website elements, email graphics, digital marketing campaigns, paid ad and social creative, etc.
  • Work on a variety of platforms and media including: web, video, social, email, animation, and occasional print
  • Develop, source and manage a library of digital content including images, photos, and videos
  • Develop content and variants for A/B testing, and apply learnings to future projects
  • Collaborate across the team (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Design, Senior Leadership) and produce creative marketing materials
  • Draft & own our external marketing branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all external facing material
  • Partner with the Design manager to maintain a consistent visual brand, and contribute to its evolution
  • Manage design agency and agency projects
  • Collaborate with internal marketing team members to help develop campaign strategies and bring great ideas into reality
  • Create visuals that optimize each medium, following and staying up to date on best practices and accessibility standards, and B2B marketing trends and research
  • Empathize with our users - learning about our customer journey and profiles
< class="h3">Qualifications
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating exceptional and creative skills, including video editing and website design (portfolios to be submitted along with resume).
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing design role at B2B SaaS, technology, or recurring revenue model companies
  • Exceptional design and creative skills, including video editing
  • Proficient in website design, with an understanding of conversion rate optimization best practices
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate creative ideas in a verbal and written manner
  • Ability to empathize with our users + translate complex products into compelling messaging
  • Experience collaborating across functions (Marketing, Product, Sales, CS)
  • Experience collaborating with and directing outside design agencies
  • Knowledge of latest B2B marketing and design best practices, technologies and developments, including those that that affect engagement and conversion rate
  • Working knowledge of (or eager willingness to rapidly learn): Unbounce, Squarespace, Lumen5,Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEO best practices
  • Expert level mastery of design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc), video creation/editing software, Figma, Powerpoint, HTML, CSS, Google Suite
