  • Leading the creation and maintenance of a reusable component library as part of our emerging design system to create a cohesive customer experience and improve efficiency.
  • Presenting design concepts and negotiating with stakeholders to arrive at a design that supports both the business and a strong user experience.
  • Working with our other designers to develop brand guidelines and assets that support our creative vision and ensure design consistency
  • Working collaboratively to deliver the best possible experiences for our users, taking into account commercial goals and realities, and technical constraints.

  • Basic awareness of web development principles and coding languages (HTML, CSS, REACT and Javascript)
  • A passion for learning, the world of design is constantly evolving, and we want our Designers to match this. You’ll bring a proactive approach to problem-solving, always striving to improve.
